There are many varied definitions of what each color of rose symbolizes. Florists and floral experts alike will agree that flowers hold the meaning we give them and the feeling with which they are given. With this in mind, there are some common folklore associations relevant to each color of rose. You may find other lists that suggest different meanings for each color.
